Principal/Senior Principal Talent Acquisition Partner

BridgeBio PharmaSan Francisco, CA
Hybrid

About The Position

In 2015, BridgeBio pioneered a “moneyball for biotech” approach, pooling projects and promising early-stage research from academia together under one financial umbrella to reduce risk and unleash innovation. This model allows science and small teams of experts to lead the way. They build bridges to groundbreaking advancements in rare disease and develop life-changing medicines for patients with unmet needs as fast as humanly possible. As a Principal/Senior Principal Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll serve as an embedded strategic partner to innovate, build, and execute talent strategy in a scaling, global commercial pharmaceutical company. You thrive in a rapidly changing, ambiguous environment, embrace change, and will continuously learn by approaching each day with a growth mindset. You have a critical role in ensuring the company attracts, assesses, and hires the right talent, with flexibility and capability to pivot and support across all business functions. You'll harness data and AI-enabled tools to spend less time on transactional tasks and more time driving high-impact hiring initiatives — including executive-level sourcing, go-to-market strategies, and workforce planning.
