About The Position

The Principal SAP Quote to Cash Consultant will work in Infosys’s Manufacturing unit, which delivers digital solutions for clients in automotive, aerospace, defense, and industrial manufacturing. In the assigned Package Consultant 3 role, the consultant analyzes complex business processes and identifies opportunities for optimization, prepares requirements aligned with enterprise architecture standards, and defines solution architecture. The role guides customization and integration work, develops advanced ERP customizations and applications with development teams, and designs integration workflows and large-scale data migrations. It also focuses on performance, scalability, reliability, user experience, compliance, security, documentation, and training. The position requires SAP Quote to Cash implementation and support expertise, including at least three full-cycle S/4 HANA implementations and strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Sales and Distribution. The consultant works across Quote to Cash subprocesses and has hands-on experience with S/4 HANA outputs, Output Management, BRF+ conditions, Adobe or SmartForms, and ATP capabilities. The role may require relocation and/or travel to the work or project location. Requirements

SAP Quote to Cash implementation and support experience, including a minimum of three full-cycle S/4 HANA implementations.
Deep expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Sales and Distribution modules.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA outputs, including the Output Management framework, BRF+ conditions, and Adobe or SmartForms.
Hands-on experience with Available-to-Promise, including basic ATP, CTP, and S/4 HANA Advanced ATP.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.
Authorization to work in the United States for any employer without employer-based visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Exposure to Vistex Payback and Chargeback modules and the Incentive module.
Experience with EDI/IDOC configuration for customer purchase orders, ASNs, and invoice exchange.
Experience with at least three end-to-end lifecycle implementation activities, including requirements gathering and business process design, SAP configuration and RICEFW functional design, and SIT and UAT.
Strong client-facing experience and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Implement performance optimization strategies for scalability, reliability, and user experience.
Lead compliance initiatives and audits to uphold security protocols and industry standards.
Document complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops for different user groups to support knowledge transfer.
Contribute ERP, architecture, customization, integration, migration, compliance, performance optimization, problem-solving, and sector-specific expertise to project delivery.
