The company is a leader in Non-Human Identity security, providing comprehensive solutions for secrets detection, remediation, observability, and leak prevention. Their platform is used by over 600,000 developers worldwide. As a Principal Sales Engineer, you will support an extended sales cycle by explaining and demonstrating the platform to various stakeholders. You will work closely with Account Executives, acting as the technical voice and product expert, and will be responsible for supporting Proofs of Concept (PoCs), conducting technical product demos, and assisting with pipeline generation through secrets analysis. You will also architect and build custom workflows for prospective customers and provide Tier 1 support for existing Enterprise customers post-sales. Additionally, you will collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to create technical collateral. This role requires strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to "talk shop" about the modern SDLC, microservices vs. monolithic architecture, and CI/CD. Experience in complex sales cycles within large enterprise environments and multi-threading with various stakeholders is essential. A customer-facing and sales-oriented personality is key.
