As Regional Manager, you will own the SSD/NAND engagement strategy, lead complex commercial negotiations, and serve as the primary business interface between customers and Micron. You’ll work cross‑functionally to turn customer needs into durable partnerships and measurable results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6+ years of experience meeting or exceeding sales targets in the storage industry
  • Proven experience selling SSD and NAND solutions into complex customer environments
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience managing pricing, contracts, and supply commitments
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Excel

  • Deep understanding of SSD workloads, applications, and customer platforms
  • Experience working with neo‑cloud or hyperscale customers
  • Strong knowledge of competitive dynamics in the NAND/SSD ecosystem

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the SSD engagement strategy in partnership with BU, FAE, and executive stakeholders
  • Lead SSD/NAND revenue, volume, forecasting, pricing, and contract negotiations for assigned accounts
  • Build deep customer relationships and align strategies across executive, technical, and operational levels
  • Drive design wins and revenue pipeline through close collaboration with FAEs and BU teams
  • Ensure strong internal communication, performance visibility, and disciplined follow‑up on commitments
