Principal - Qual/M&P/Process
About The Position
The Principal - Qual/M&P/Process supports quality standards, methodologies, and processes in alignment with industry best practices. The role applies broad business knowledge and strategic insight into emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results. It leads critical, high-impact projects and designs and implements innovative business strategies, working with minimal oversight while consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions. The Principal also serves as a mentor and assists others with challenging issues. The role is based onsite in Dallas, Texas, five days per week at the designated work location. No relocation is offered. It is a regular, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The stated annual salary range is $130,700 to $196,100; individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training.
Requirements
- 7 or more years of related experience.
- Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities
- Analyze current processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve product quality issues.
- Collect, track, and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of process changes, quality checks, and improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate process improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to implement process changes and support continuous performance improvements.
- Support processes related to surveys, customer support, performance evaluation, and/or training.
- Lead high-impact projects and design and implement innovative business strategies.
- Mentor others and assist with challenging issues.
