About The Position

This position is responsible for supporting project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget through effective resource coordination and adherence to industry-standard methodologies. The role contributes as an expert in their field, applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results. The Principal Project/Program Mgmt leads critical, high-impact projects and designs/implements innovative business strategies, working with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions. This role also serves as a mentor and assists others with challenging issues.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
7+ years of related experience.
Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

Supporting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards.
Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and status reports to guide project execution and ensure alignment with objectives.
Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to provide project updates, facilitate meetings, and manage expectations.
Ensuring adherence to quality standards by reviewing project deliverables and taking proactive measures to identify, analyze, and resolve any issues or risks.
Supporting processes related to resource management, data analysis, reporting, and/or team collaboration.
