Expedia Group•Seattle, WA
•$231,000 - $323,500

About The Position

The Principal Program Manager, Transformation Programs, works within Expedia Group’s AI Enablement and Culture Office, which advances responsible, measurable AI adoption across the company. The role leads enterprise-scale change that turns strategic ambition into sustained behaviors, capabilities, and business impact. It combines strategic thought leadership and enterprise coordination with operating-model design and delivery of measurable outcomes. The position leads complex, multi-year transformation programs and portfolios across products, platforms, functions, and regions, from problem definition through adoption and value realization. It works with senior technology, product, data, operations, and business leaders to align priorities, resolve competing demands, manage dependencies, and secure sponsorship. The role establishes governance, operating rhythms, decision forums, roadmaps, and measurement systems; shapes culture-change strategies that build AI fluency and responsible experimentation; and defines outcome-oriented measures of adoption, behavior change, delivery health, and business impact. The Principal Program Manager also develops reusable transformation playbooks, operating models, tools, and practices, including responsible AI-enabled workflows. The role requires sufficient technical fluency to participate in discussions about systems, APIs, data, platforms, integration, reliability, and operational readiness, without owning engineering design or staffing decisions. It coaches leaders and senior practitioners and builds communities of practice to strengthen enterprise transformation capability.
