About The Position

Nordic Investin is recruiting a Program Manager Lean Transformation on behalf of one of our partner companies. The partner is strengthening its capability in lean transformation across operational value streams. You will take responsibility for work that connects value-stream mapping, portfolio governance and benefits, while ensuring that coaching and performance measures receive appropriate discipline. The objective is progress that colleagues can use and leaders can evaluate. Project leadership connects outcomes, plans, risks and decisions. Success is controlled change that the organisation can adopt and sustain.

Requirements

• Relevant experience delivering lean transformation across operational value streams in a demanding environment.
• Strong working knowledge of value-stream mapping and portfolio governance.
• Practical experience applying benefits and coaching.
• Ability to assess risk, priorities and trade-offs involving performance measures.
• Evidence of clear stakeholder communication and dependable end-to-end ownership.
• Professional English and the judgement to work with sensitive or business-critical information.
• Experience that would add value
• Experience from manufacturing, logistics or service operations.
• Exposure to change leadership in a cross-functional environment.
• Swedish language skills or experience working across Nordic organisations.
• A background that can succeed here
• Your background may be consulting, a transformation office or complex operational delivery.
• Show how you controlled uncertainty and guided difficult decisions.
• Direct experience of lean transformation across operational value streams is valuable, while adjacent experience counts when it shows transferable judgement.
