About The Position

This role is for a Principal, Strategic Communications & Organizational Voice within Amazon's Intelligent Talent Acquisition (ITA) team. ITA builds the products, science, and technology behind Amazon's hiring. The role's primary responsibility is to own how ITA tells its story, both internally to Amazon leadership and partner organizations, and externally to the broader talent and technology community. This involves defining ITA's narrative, creating content to establish credibility and earn organizational leeway, and ensuring that major initiatives, results, and changes are communicated effectively to the right audience at the right level. The individual will build a communications program from scratch, establish mechanisms that scale, and architect a strategy that compounds over time. The role requires translating complex technical or science-driven changes into clear language and supporting feedback loop closure through communications that demonstrate ITA listens and responds.
