The Office of the CRO moves fast, operates across ambiguity, and touches the most consequential priorities in our sales organization. To scale that work, we're hiring a Senior Program Manager who will function as a true extension of the Chief of Staff to the CRO — someone who can pick up a half-formed idea and turn it into a crisp framework, a sharp deck, and a stakeholder plan. This is not a role for someone who needs a defined playbook. It's a role for a seasoned operator who brings their own structure to undefined problems, earns trust without relying on formal authority, and takes genuine pride in making others look brilliant. You'll be embedded in the highest-priority work of the sales org — from culture and peak performance initiatives to CRO leadership sessions to strategic coordination — and you'll be the engine that keeps it all moving.
