We’re looking for a senior, strategic, and highly hands-on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to own and scale conversion across our paid acquisition funnel. This role is responsible for turning traffic into customers by deeply understanding user behavior, forming strong hypotheses, and rapidly shipping and iterating on high-impact tests. You won’t just plan experiments—you’ll help build them. The ideal candidate can go from insight → hypothesis → live test without getting blocked, and knows how to collaborate with design and engineering while still being capable of executing scrappy tests independently when needed.
