About The Position

As a member of the Office of the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Physician Executive, this role is responsible for developing high-impact executive presentations that translate complex data and strategy into clear, compelling narratives. Leveraging data to shape storytelling, this role synthesizes performance insights into visually engaging, executive-ready materials that drive clarity, decision-making, and accountability. The position also supports the operating rhythm of the office with agenda development and critical activity tracking for key meetings, ensuring alignment, preparation, and follow-through on key activities. The role will also support small projects that drive key strategic initiatives of the office. In addition, the role partners closely with internal stakeholders to gather input, refine messaging, and align perspectives across functions. It leads the development of polished collateral—including slide decks, briefing materials, dashboards, and summary documents—ensuring consistency, professionalism, and strategic coherence in all materials supporting the COO and CPE.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 8 years recent relevant experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning, including group facilitation and plan development
  • Knowledge and understanding of business plan development, including qualitative and quantitative research and analysis
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact with a wide variety of internal and external customers, including patients, physicians, payors
