About The Position

INTUITIVE® is seeking an experienced Principal Program Advisor to serve as a trusted strategic partner to Program Management Executives and PAE leadership. The advisor will guide planning, analysis, and high-stakes decisions across a diverse portfolio of weapon systems, with counsel that influences how the Army develops, fields, and sustains fires capabilities for warfighters.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree.
• 20 years of experience in Army acquisition processes.
• Experience as an Army Deputy Project Manager or higher.
• Some travel.
• Must have an in-scope DoD Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Advise on every phase of portfolio, project, and product lifecycle management, connecting day-to-day program decisions to long-term portfolio outcomes.
• Use expertise in government acquisition and industry collaboration to enable rapid, agile acquisition approaches that get capability to the field faster.
• Provide programmatic and technical insight grounded in the broader mission context, DoD development processes, and stakeholder roles and requirements, ensuring concepts, ideas, and expectations are communicated accurately and effectively among customers.
• Analyze options and deliver clear recommendations that reduce cost, schedule, and technical risk while maximizing operational effectiveness.
