Principal, PLM Product Marketing Location: Boston, MA Are you a seasoned product marketing professional who has lived and breathed Product Lifecycle Management — and wants to shape how the world’s leading manufacturers think about it? PTC is looking for a Senior Principal, PLM Product Marketing to join our PLM product marketing team and drive strategic messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution for key areas of our industry-leading PLM portfolio. You’ll also collaborate with teammates across the product marketing organization to develop cross-portfolio solution stories that connect PLM to PTC’s broader technology ecosystem. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who combines deep PLM domain expertise with the strategic marketing instincts to influence how enterprise buyers evaluate, adopt, and expand their use of PLM technology — and who embraces emerging tools and approaches, including AI, to continuously sharpen how they research, create, and go to market. Shape the PLM narrative. As part of the PLM product marketing team, you’ll play a central role in defining how PTC’s PLM solutions are positioned against competitors and perceived by the market — from analysts and press to buyers and practitioners. Bridge product to portfolio. PLM doesn’t exist in isolation. Working alongside teammates across the product marketing organization, you’ll help craft cross-portfolio solution stories that connect PLM to CAD, ALM, SLM, and IoT — translating integrated product engineering into compelling value propositions for discrete manufacturers. Influence at the highest levels. As a Senior Principal, you’ll operate as a trusted strategic advisor to product leadership, sales executives, and senior marketing leaders — contributing to roadmap narratives, campaign strategy, and competitive positioning.
