The Principal Product Manager is responsible for influencing product strategy across multiple products, business units, or market segments. This role provides deep subject matter expertise, leads highly complex initiatives, and partners with leadership to drive product innovation and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in enterprise-level Product Management strategy.
  • Exceptional communication skills to influence executive leadership.
  • Product management experience with MLS platforms, within real estate brokerages, or at proptech companies.
  • Experience working on large-scale consumer-facing portals (e.g., Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com).
  • Strong understanding of the real estate technology landscape.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with e-commerce, transactional platforms, or top CRM companies.
  • Technical background or experience working with service-oriented architectures (e.g., common service layers like RCSL).

Responsibilities

  • Lead highly complex product initiatives spanning multiple products, platforms, or business units.
  • Architect advanced product roadmaps and strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Establish standards and best practices for continuous improvement in product development.
