About The Position

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Forward Deployment to shape the future of AI-powered legal workflows and platform innovation on a global scale. This role involves partnering directly with customers, influencing platform strategy, and transforming emerging technologies into impactful solutions. LexisNexis, part of RELX, is a leader in deploying AI and advanced technologies to the legal market, utilizing a multi-model approach for generative AI solutions and adhering to RELX Responsible AI Principles. The company employs over 2,000 technologists, data scientists, and experts. As Principal Product Manager, Forward Deployment, you will own the platform layer, focusing on reusable services, configurability, and deployment patterns to enable clean extension of capabilities across regions and customers. You will collaborate with customer-facing teams to understand customer adoption and customization of Protégé, translating these insights into platform investments that enhance deployment speed, stickiness, and repeatability. This is a hands-on, technically deep role where you will define platform architecture, determine common vs. local capabilities (considering data sovereignty, content, and language), and establish value metrics for reuse and stickiness, owning the outcomes.
