About the role We’re looking for mission-driven team members to join the Orion Team, our frontline team that launches new products, tests new markets, and pushes the boundaries of what our platform can do. The Orion Team is made up of ex-bankers, ex-Palantir, ex-consultants , people who’ve seen how complex systems fail from the inside, and are hungry to build something better. We’re not just builders, we’re explorers. When others see ambiguity, we see opportunity. Location: NYC Team: Orion Type: Full-time, hybrid, (In office 3 days per week)

Requirements

A generalist operator with the instincts of a builder and the hustle of a founder
Comfortable in ambiguous, high-velocity environments
Curious, creative, and relentless about getting to the root of a customer’s pain
You thrive when you’re thrown into the unknown and asked to figure it out
You’ve probably worn multiple hats in a startup, consulting, sales, or product environment
You’re technical enough to work with APIs, spreadsheets, Zapier, SQL, or whatever gets the job done — even if you’re not a formal engineer

Nice To Haves

You’ve built (or hacked) something to solve a problem you saw firsthand
You’re comfortable talking to both C-suite executives and frontline users
You’ve worked in a startup or on early product launches

Responsibilities

Be embedded with new customers to learn their workflows, uncover friction, and win trust
Launch scrappy but high-impact solutions to prove Nirvana’s value in new specialties
Lead the first few weeks of adoption for new clients, handling everything from onboarding to ops
Collaborate across sales, product, and engineering to push deals over the line and get feedback into the roadmap
Turn your learnings into reusable playbooks, processes, and customer stories
