With AiBLE, our mission is to set a new standard in ENT care by creating an integrated, AI-powered ecosystem of intelligent tools that provide surgeons with insights and solutions before, during, and after treatment —positioning our ENT portfolio as the comprehensive solution across the entire care continuum.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

  • Sales training and marketing collateral development
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Responsibilities

  • Competitive and inorganic landscape analysis of similar technology ecosystems
  • Qualitative and quantitative customer VOC, including leading advisory boards
  • Financial modeling and analysis of new product opportunities
  • Creation of new business models for ecosystem technologies
  • Leading the strategy for AiBLE within the ENT business
  • Leading international launches with AiBLE ENT products
  • Collaborating with other OUs such as Cranial & Spinal Technologies and Digital Technologies
  • Collaborating with third party vendors for key technologies and partnerships
  • Leading pricing, promotion, messaging, and marketing collateral for AiBLE products
  • Leading interactions with sales training and medical education
  • Leading interactions with US and international marketing and sales partners
