About The Position

You will lead product strategy and execution for DaVita’s Financial Technologies (FinTech) portfolio, partnering with Accounting, Finance, and Procurement teams to identify the right problems to solve, conduct discovery and research, and deliver simple, high-impact improvements that make work easier for teammates and leaders. Serve as product discovery leader, strategic partner, and outcomes owner, operating with a human-centered mindset and strong cross-functional leadership, while driving product vision, discovery, and delivery across enterprise financial systems.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product management (or closely related product leadership), including substantial experience leading discovery and shipping meaningful product outcomes.
  • Strong record of partnering with business leaders and technical teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated strength in problem framing, prioritization, stakeholder management, and communication.
  • Experience facilitating working sessions/design workshops with clear outputs and decisions.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with enterprise financial platforms and ecosystems, including Oracle, Coupa, Vertex, and Anaplan, with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, or comparable ERP platforms, spanning implementation, transformation, and end-to-end Financial and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflows within complex, integrated environments.
  • Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and executive leadership, translating technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transformations, including ERP modernization and AI-enabled capabilities, with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of financial operations, controls, and process optimization, with a focus on reducing friction, improving efficiency, and enhancing the teammate experience.
  • Experience working within highly regulated environment, balancing innovation with governance, risk, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product direction and outcomes: Set clear product vision and strategy for financial systems aligned to business Multi-Year Objectives (MYOs) with measurable Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to drive outcomes.
  • Build and maintain a roadmap that connects business lane goals to prioritized product work (what we will do, and what we won’t do).
  • Define success metrics, create a measurement plan, and use data + feedback to adjust priorities over time.
  • Lead discovery the “right way” (research, design, problem framing): Partner with research/design and business lanes to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and root causes (not just feature requests).
  • Run discovery: interviews, workflow observation, journey mapping, hypothesis testing, and rapid experiments to validate what will achieve outcomes.
  • Facilitate structured working sessions and design workshops that produce clear decisions, tradeoffs, and action plans.
  • Be an objective strategic partner: Build strong, trusted relationships across Accounting, Finance, and Procurement teams and adjacent partners like IT/Engineering, Compliance, and Change/Communications teams.
  • Bring an “outside-in” perspective, industry best practices, product thinking, and user empathy to help leaders solve the biggest problems, not the loudest ones.
  • Create clarity in ambiguous spaces: align stakeholders on the “why,” define what good looks like, and drive decisions forward.
  • Drive delivery through cross-functional leadership: Partner with engineering/IT delivery leaders to translate validated problems into product requirements, sequencing, and delivery plans.
  • Own backlog prioritization and tradeoffs; ensure teams stay focused on outcomes, not output volume.
  • Lead product launch readiness: enablement, training/job aids, feedback loops, and post-launch measurement.
  • Governance, investment, and operational rigor: Manage product operating rhythms: quarterly planning, roadmap reviews, progress reporting, and stakeholder updates.
  • Own investment/value conversations for your product area (e.g., benefit sizing, tradeoffs, sequencing).
