About The Position

NVIDIA is seeking a Principal Product Manager for AI Platform training to build tools, SDKs, and libraries that help model builders achieve large-scale performance, resilience, and a strong experience on NVIDIA GPUs. The role champions the needs of frontier model builders and helps researchers and operators succeed on the NVIDIA platform, supporting research and research-to-production across current and emerging modeling paradigms. The Product Manager works directly with internal and external customers to identify improvements, shape product roadmaps, and stay informed about the training and post-training landscape. The role also collaborates with NVIDIA leadership on product strategy and with marketing teams on go-to-market plans. The Product Management organization is described as a small, impactful group focused on enabling deep learning across GPU use cases.

Requirements

Experience with training/post-training and optimization software, such as PyTorch distributed, torchtitan, VeRL, or NeMo Framework.
Demonstrable knowledge of generative AI or machine learning concepts, particularly model training, performance optimization, and software development and delivery.
Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
15+ years of technical product management or similar experience at a technology company.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience leading GenAI or recommendation-system research to production at scale.
Experience working on open-source and GitHub-first developer products with deep customer interactions.
Knowledge of GPU architecture, hardware/software co-design, and performance profiling.
