About The Position
Ring is seeking a Principal Product Delivery Manager to support multi-site device hardware/software development teams in delivering highly cross-functional products and accessories. This role involves close collaboration with the Monitoring and Accessories team to plan and coordinate complex business needs while ensuring team commitments are met. The manager will work with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive, design, and maintain innovative products and existing platforms. Key responsibilities include navigating competing priorities, defining processes to enhance execution, championing Engineering best practices, and operating effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment. As a Device Launch Principal Product Delivery Manager, the role entails managing all system software aspects and cross-functional dependencies throughout product development and launch, including both legacy and future products.
Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Responsibilities
- Own end to end Accessory product development from concept to launch
- Collaborate with Business, Engineering, and other internal teams to solve business needs
- Work with remote and multi-site teams to develop and deploy related software & hardware components
- Communicate regularly with senior management on status, risks, and change control
- Be expected to dive deep into the technical details of the program
- Dive deep in dissecting and resolving customer reported, technical issues
- Proactively solve day-to-day challenges and exercise sound judgment
