About The Position

Our team builds the product capabilities that power Store Fulfillment automation, connecting software, operational workflows, and automation systems to help sites run efficiently at scale. We focus on creating products that improve execution on the ground while also building the foundation needed to expand across new sites over time. We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the product strategy for outbound operations within this space. This role will shape the roadmap for the tools, workflows, and system capabilities that support outbound execution, while also helping define the technical architecture needed to keep the platform flexible as the business grows and evolves. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role. You will work closely with engineering, operations, design, and partner teams to identify opportunities, define product direction, and deliver solutions that improve operational performance. You will also coordinate the software product work required to launch new sites successfully, and help manage the way internal platforms integrate with automation technologies in a scalable and repeatable way. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to improve the performance of outbound operations in meaningful and scalable ways. This includes increasing throughput, improving outbound productivity, and enabling a higher rate of perfect orders by building systems and workflows that are reliable, efficient, and easy to execute in live operating environments. The ideal candidate brings strong product judgment, technical depth, and operational thinking. This person must be comfortable balancing long-term strategy with near-term execution, while driving alignment across a broad set of stakeholders and ensuring the underlying product and architecture can support future scale.
