This role is for a Principal, Partner Development Manager focused on building the future for a leader in the Cloud Computing business within the public sector. The position involves increasing the adoption of Amazon Web Services (AWS) by leading strategic global Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). The PDM will work with existing large ISV partners to expand their global presence and identify net new ISVs. Responsibilities include working closely with AWS Account Executives, Solution Architects, and Partner Marketing to develop and drive new AWS revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a business background suitable for engaging at the CxO level, technical personnel, and sales/field representatives. Successful candidates will think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges and articulate compelling partner value propositions. This position requires the candidate to be a US Citizen.
