ClickUp is hiring a Global ISV Partner Manager to help build and scale its strategic ISV ecosystem, with a particular focus on high-value software partners and AWS Marketplace. This role is at the intersection of partnerships, go-to-market execution, and ecosystem strategy. The responsibilities include recruiting and growing the right partners, shaping joint motions, and turning those relationships into measurable pipeline, revenue, and customer impact. This role is ideal for a builder who can create structure in an evolving motion. The individual will help define key partners, positioning strategies, the role of AWS Marketplace in the commercial motion, and how to achieve repeatable growth from strategic relationships. Collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and partner-facing leaders is essential to ensure the ecosystem becomes a practical lever for expansion. The mission is to build a focused, high-impact ISV partner ecosystem that strengthens ClickUp’s market reach, creates repeatable AWS Marketplace and co-sell motions, and drives durable pipeline and revenue through strategic partnerships. This role requires travel and in-office work days in one of the specified US, UK, or Ireland hubs three times per week. Client visits or traveling to partners will count as an "in office" day.
