About The Position

This individual contributor role is responsible for demonstrating a high level of professionalism and utilizing extensive knowledge of Bunge’s business, structure, and strategy to develop innovative solutions that improve results and eliminate problems within the North America delivery landscape. The role is pivotal in building strong partnerships, appropriately influencing to gain commitment, fostering talent, and coaching others to grow in their current or future roles. The Senior Manager drives results through high standards, focuses on key priorities, maintains organizational effectiveness, and prepares others for change. Responsibilities include managing comprehensive operational plans, overseeing large-scale projects related to IT service delivery and partnership management across North America, ensuring strategic alignment, and achieving operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a 4-year college (Bachelor's) degree (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • 15 - 19 years of position-related functional management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of IT service delivery models, IT operations, and partnership management, with a strong understanding of the North American market.
  • Strong understanding of project and program management principles.
  • Ability to interpret and apply IT governance, risk, and compliance principles relevant to North America.
  • Leverages data for analytics and to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Manages significant operational plans and large-scale projects related to North America IT delivery and partnership with limited managerial oversight.
  • Leads and participates with comparable influence in major initiatives within the North America delivery portfolio, providing leadership to professionals and support staff.
  • Develops comprehensive plans within the BT Global Business Operations department, specifically for North America IT solutions and service delivery.
  • Is recognized as an expert in North America IT service delivery and partnership management within the organization, providing specialized guidance.
  • Applies deep acquired expertise to analyze and solve complex problems without clear precedent related to regional IT operations and delivery.
  • Accountable for the budget, performance, and results of significant operational areas or multiple project teams within the North America delivery function.
  • Anticipates internal and external business challenges or regulatory issues specific to North America, recommending innovative process, product, or service improvements.
  • Contributes to short to mid-term (1-3 years) talent optimization plans to execute on strategies within the North America IT delivery function.
