The ICMP Partner Program Manager is a single-threaded owner responsible for all partner security operations within the Intelligence Community Marketplace Program (ICMP) on the AWS Marketplace Regulated Industries team. This role manages 250+ active security clearances across the ISV partner ecosystem, coordinates facility visit requests enabling ISV personnel to access classified environments for solution development and mission owner engagements, and owns the end-to-end onboarding pipeline for new ISVs entering ICMP — including FOCI (Foreign Ownership, Control or Influence) adjudication, ICMP addendum execution, and classified environment provisioning. Operating at the intersection of security operations, partner management, and classified program administration, this individual serves as the primary operational interface between AWS Marketplace, ISV partners, IC security organizations, and National Security mission owners. Day-to-day activities include sponsoring and tracking clearance applications, preparing visit authorization requests across multiple IC agencies, guiding ISVs through complex interagency onboarding processes, troubleshooting facility access issues, and ensuring ISV solutions remain accessible to mission owners in classified environments. This role requires the ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder processes, experience with inter-agency/department coordination, strong program management skills, and the ability to operate independently. This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance.
