Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Telecommunications, specifically within a Service Integrator or Tier-1 Vendor environment.
• Mastery of OSS/BSS stacks, TM Forum (eTOM, TAM, SID) frameworks, and Open APIs.
• Advanced architectural knowledge of industry-leading platforms.
• Proven experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, and an understanding of data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks in a telco context.
• The ability to simplify massive technical hurdles into clear, actionable roadmaps for executive audiences.
• As a remote US-based role, you must possess the discipline to lead complex, cross-functional bids with minimal supervision.
• A detail-oriented approach to building complex Bills of Materials (BoM) and navigating the sales cycle typical of Tier-1 carriers.
• OSS: Service Orchestration, Inventory Management, SDN/NFV, and Service Assurance.
• BSS: Billing, Charging, CRM, and Product Catalog.
• Emerging Tech: GenAI, AIOps, Agentic Orchestration, and Predictive Intelligence for autonomous network operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solutioning for complex OSS/BSS programs, including O2C, T2R, and L2Q modernization.
• Collaborate with strategic global partners—including ServiceNow, Salesforce, Google, AWS, Microsoft, and Snowflake—to design high-value, integrated solution blueprints.
• Own the technical response for RFIs/RFPs. This includes authoring SOWs, defining Resource Estimates, and conducting technical "defenses" with customer CTO/CIO stakeholders.
• Act as the primary technical voice in workshops, aligning our solutions with the customer’s long-term business goals.
• Design the transition from monolithic legacy systems to cloud-native, microservices-based architectures utilizing Agentic Workflows and Orchestration.
• Partner with the Senior Director and CTO to ensure all technical solutions are commercially sound, delivery-ready, and optimized for ROI.
