As the Principal, NSW Team & License Sales NA, you will report to the Sr Sales Director of Nike Sportswear. Your main collaborators will be Nike Sportswear and Energy team members in Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, and Planning across North America and Global, designated channel teams and accounts. We are looking for a Principal in sales who will work with the Sportswear Leadership in North America to develop and execute seasonal sales plans, managing allocations and financial plans for multiple accounts and channels and leading seasonal sales gates. This role will help foster key market and account insights back into the sport teams to inform future strategies and marketplace opportunities. The ideal candidate has a proven record of leading key business initiatives with clear results, developing and executing plans in highly matrixed environments, and has a strong leadership presence working cross-functionally. The capacity to deal with ambiguity and high resilience while influencing internally and externally will be key to the success of this role.
