About The Position

Oracle Government Defense & Intelligence is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to support a U.S. Intelligence Community customer. The FDE is embedded full-time with a dedicated customer and serves as a trusted technical partner, leading cloud architecture and hands-on implementation from initial design through production deployment, operational adoption, and transition. The engineer partners with customer operators, engineers, technical leaders, and mission stakeholders, drives knowledge transfer and adoption, resolves complex technical issues, and shares field learnings that may inform Oracle product and engineering direction. The position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with Poly and to work on-site with customers for extended engagements. The qualifications section also states that the role requires the ability to travel 50% domestically and internationally.
