Job Description Summary : We are looking for a highly skilled, strategic and innovative Principal Product Marketing Manager to not only oversee the development, management, and lifecycle success of a product or group of products but develop the strategic direction for key product categories to grow revenue and margin improvement. As the product owner, you will be responsible for driving the product's strategic direction, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, and delivering measurable business outcomes. This role requires a strong focus on product lifecycle management, which includes multi-year planning, feature optimization, profitability analysis, and product evolution. The successful candidate will leverage market insights, customer feedback, and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions that maximize customer value and financial performance. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, sales, and other teams to ensure the success of the product portfolio. The ideal candidate will operate as a strategic thought leader, bringing a transformational mindset to how AT&T identifies and monetizes accessory categories. This leader will challenge traditional operating models, uncover new growth vectors, and position accessories as a key lever in customer experience and lifetime value.
