  • Execute MRL milestones on schedule by coordinating risk identification, mitigation planning, and timely escalation across CIPT (Component Integrated Product Team), Manufacturing Engineering, Procurement, and Supplier Development teams.
  • Drive zero‑defect performance by applying MRL processes and tools, validating supplier process capability (PFD (Process Flow Diagram), PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), PCP (Process Control Plan), tool/gage plans), and ensuring readiness documentation is obtained on time.
  • Support qualification, Process Certification, FAI (First Article Inspection), and monthly reviews through accurate reporting, proactive issue resolution, and clear communication to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Partner with Module Center CIPT leadership, Program Management, and Global Supply Chain to manage budgets, close MRL gaps, meet delivery goals, and lead cost‑of‑poor‑quality and inventory‑reduction initiatives.
