About The Position

Zocks AI is seeking a Principal Implementation Manager to serve as the technical and strategic anchor for our flagship financial services enterprise accounts. This role involves architecting transformations, working cross-functionally with GTM and Product teams to own the technical success of the largest clients. The goal is to maximize user adoption and license expansion by ensuring seamless integration into the customer's ecosystem and aligning new product innovations with their business objectives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical implementation, solutions architecture, or enterprise delivery.
• Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of SaaS ecosystems, SAML, CRM, REST APIs, and system integrations.
• A track record of driving measurable business value (adoption, retention, expansion) through technical excellence.
• Familiarity with the compliance and workflow requirements unique to large-scale financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical discovery and architectural design for flagship accounts, defining how Zocks integrates with complex enterprise stacks.
• Drive deep user adoption by identifying "sticky" use cases and ensuring technical implementation supports high-frequency usage. Work with customer stakeholders to develop adoption plans and cross-functional teams to deliver on those plans.
• Act as the solution delivery expert for enterprise accounts, designing pilot programs and deployment blueprints that give prospects confidence to commit.
• Serve as a primary feedback loop for Product Management, translating nuanced needs of flagship customers into actionable roadmap influence.
• Act as the "Connector," orchestrating Solutions and Integrations teams to execute technical "plumbing" while maintaining high-level project momentum.
