This is a hands-on, delivery first Principal IC role with a clear 70% focus on delivery and execution and 30% on architecture and design. It’s ideal for a senior engineer who thrives in complex enterprise implementations, enjoys technical leadership, and wants direct customer impact. You’ll serve as a technical authority within delivery—owning execution, setting standards, mentoring senior engineers, and stepping in as the escalation point for high-impact engagements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, integration engineering, or technical delivery
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python, plus one additional language (e.g., Java, C#)
  • Deep experience with APIs, integrations, and data movement (REST, ETL, transformation pipelines)
  • Advanced experience with cloud-native and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Proven multi-cloud experience across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
  • Strong Linux administration, scripting, and production troubleshooting skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technically without people management responsibility
  • Comfortable operating independently across multiple concurrent initiatives

Nice To Haves

  • Cloud certifications at the Professional / Expert level (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Kubernetes certification (CKA) or equivalent real-world experience
  • Experience delivering integration-heavy platforms in complex enterprise environments
  • Background designing secure, scalable solutions aligned with enterprise security standards

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and validation of platform components across complex client environments
  • Act as the technical escalation point for delivery challenges and critical customer engagements
  • Mentor and guide Senior Implementation Engineers; raise the bar on delivery quality and best practices
  • Drive installations, configuration, and performance validation for enterprise deployments
  • Lead troubleshooting and optimization during key delivery milestones and customer technical discussions
  • Own time boxed discovery and design work (approximately 30% of the role) when the Lead Architect is unavailable
  • Partner with the Lead Architect on architecture reviews and peer design sessions
  • Define and evolve technical delivery standards, frameworks, and reusable assets
