Principal Hardware Engineer
About The Position
As a Principal Hardware Engineer at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a key technical role in leading, designing and developing sophisticated hardware solutions that advance the future of aerospace technology. You will apply deep technical expertise to create innovative, high-reliability hardware that contributes to safer, more efficient, and more dependable aerospace products. In this role, you will support Honeywell Aerospace’s Hardware Center of Excellence organization and lead hardware development of the next generation Head-Up Display (HUD) system. Working under minimal supervision, you will collaborate with world-class engineers to design, test, validate, and transition complex hardware from prototype through production. You will also serve as a technical mentor, supporting the growth of junior engineers and contributing to the success of complex engineering programs.
