Build the recruiting engine behind the next phase of growth at MrBeast! MrBeast is scaling quickly across multiple businesses, brands, and new ventures. As the company expands its go-to-market and marketing organizations, we are hiring a Principal GTM Recruiter to help build the talent foundation for that growth. This role exists to lead high-impact recruiting across marketing, growth, brand, partnerships, and broader GTM functions. Over the next phase of growth, this person will help build a significant portion of the company’s commercial and marketing organization, with an expected hiring scope of approximately 80 hires across multiple functions and levels. We are looking for someone who combines strong recruiting execution with executive-level partnership skills. This is a high-leverage role for someone who can operate as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, drive hiring strategy independently, and build scalable recruiting systems without losing quality or speed. The Principal GTM Recruiter will own end-to-end recruiting strategy and execution across key business-critical functions. This person will partner closely with leadership to define hiring priorities, calibrate talent, and improve how recruiting operates as the company scales. The role requires a recruiter who is highly hands-on while also bringing leadership experience, operational judgment, and strong stakeholder management. This person should be comfortable moving between executive conversations, candidate assessment, sourcing strategy, and recruiting process design.
