As a Principal Growth Advisor at Crisp, you are the highest-level closer on Crisp’s commercial team trusted to lead the conversations that matter most with the largest and most sophisticated law firm owners in the industry. In this role, you’ll work directly with managing partners and executive leadership teams of $10M, $25M, and $50M+ firms who are looking for a true strategic growth partner. This is not transactional selling. You are selling transformation, vision, identity, and long-term business growth to high-performing operators making major decisions about the future of their firms. You’ve sold at this level before. You know how to command a room, challenge assumptions, create urgency, and lead consultative conversations with confidence. You don’t need someone scripting your calls or managing your energy. Like every closer at Crisp, you’ll be paired with a dedicated Growth Associate who supports outbound prospecting, scheduling, CRM management, pipeline coordination, and follow-up throughout the sales process. Your responsibility is to lead the sales cycle, close high-value business, and actively mentor the next generation of closers through real-time coaching, accountability, and leadership inside the commercial organization.
