About The Position

As a Principal Growth Advisor at Crisp, you are the highest-level closer on Crisp’s commercial team trusted to lead the conversations that matter most with the largest and most sophisticated law firm owners in the industry. In this role, you’ll work directly with managing partners and executive leadership teams of $10M, $25M, and $50M+ firms who are looking for a true strategic growth partner. This is not transactional selling. You are selling transformation, vision, identity, and long-term business growth to high-performing operators making major decisions about the future of their firms. You’ve sold at this level before. You know how to command a room, challenge assumptions, create urgency, and lead consultative conversations with confidence. You don’t need someone scripting your calls or managing your energy. Like every closer at Crisp, you’ll be paired with a dedicated Growth Associate who supports outbound prospecting, scheduling, CRM management, pipeline coordination, and follow-up throughout the sales process. Your responsibility is to lead the sales cycle, close high-value business, and actively mentor the next generation of closers through real-time coaching, accountability, and leadership inside the commercial organization. Principal Growth Advisors are not just top producers - they help raise the standard for the entire team.

Requirements

  • Ability to work Monday-Friday at our Atlanta, GA office or willingness to relocate.
  • Credible, extroverted communicator with the executive presence to confidently engage and influence $50M+ law firm owners and managing partners.
  • Naturally commands a room through strong communication, commercial instincts, and leadership presence, not just title or authority.
  • 6+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role with a proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Experience selling high-trust, intangible offerings such as coaching, masterminds, memberships, executive education, professional services, advisory programs, or similar solutions.
  • Proven ability to sell outcomes, transformation, identity, and future-state business growth without relying heavily on product demos.
  • Strategic, consultative seller who can lead high-level business conversations with confidence and urgency.
  • Strong leadership mindset with the ability to mentor, coach, and elevate the performance of Growth Associates and junior closers.
  • Driven by exceptionally high standards, you believe good enough is never good enough, and your track record reflects it.

Nice To Haves

  • Strongest candidates come from coaching, professional services, mastermind or membership sales, executive education, conference and event packages, advisory subscriptions, or comparable intangibles. Sellers from these categories tend to thrive at Crisp because they already know how to build trust without leaning on a product demo.

  • Own discovery and close on Crisp’s most strategic accounts, the firms with the most upside and the most sophisticated buyers.
  • Hold the room with founders, managing partners, and the people who advise them.
  • Coach and direct your dedicated Growth Associate; mentor more junior Growth Advisors coming up behind you.
  • Hit a clear monthly number tied to high-tier coaching sales.
  • Be a visible voice at the Crisp Game Changers Summit and our other flagship events, sell from the floor, build the room, set the tone.
  • Feed the front line back into pricing, packaging, and the playbook so the next rep wins faster.
