As a Growth Advisor at Crisp, you will stand at the front of Crisp’s commercial team, leading the charge in driving revenue, relationships, and firm growth. In this role, you’ll work directly with law firm owners and managing partners who are actively looking to accelerate the growth of their firms. This is a role for a true hunter and closer - someone with urgency, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to sell consultatively while leading high-level business conversations with confidence. You’ll operate within Crisp’s proven sales process and methodology while bringing your own strengths, personality, and expertise to the table. Each Growth Advisor is paired with a dedicated Growth Associate who supports outbound prospecting, scheduling, CRM management, pipeline coordination, and follow-up throughout the sales process. This role is built for true hunters - the kind of sales professional who wants to spend their time building relationships, leading conversations, and closing deals, not getting buried in administrative work or calendar management. Your responsibility is not only to lead the sales cycle and close business, but also to mentor and develop your Growth Associate through real-time coaching, accountability, and hands-on partnership as they grow into future closers themselves.
