About The Position

As a Growth Advisor at Crisp, you will stand at the front of Crisp’s commercial team, leading the charge in driving revenue, relationships, and firm growth. In this role, you’ll work directly with law firm owners and managing partners who are actively looking to accelerate the growth of their firms. This is a role for a true hunter and closer - someone with urgency, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to sell consultatively while leading high-level business conversations with confidence. You’ll operate within Crisp’s proven sales process and methodology while bringing your own strengths, personality, and expertise to the table. Each Growth Advisor is paired with a dedicated Growth Associate who supports outbound prospecting, scheduling, CRM management, pipeline coordination, and follow-up throughout the sales process. This role is built for true hunters - the kind of sales professional who wants to spend their time building relationships, leading conversations, and closing deals, not getting buried in administrative work or calendar management. Your responsibility is not only to lead the sales cycle and close business, but also to mentor and develop your Growth Associate through real-time coaching, accountability, and hands-on partnership as they grow into future closers themselves.

Requirements

  • Ability to work Monday-Friday at our Atlanta, GA office or willingness to relocate.
  • Credible, extroverted communicator with strong executive presence and the ability to command a room.
  • Experience selling intangible, high-trust offerings such as coaching, masterminds, memberships, executive education, professional services, advisory programs, or similar solutions.
  • Proven ability to sell outcomes, transformation, and identity, not just product features or demos.
  • 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role with a documented track record of consistently hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Sharp, fast-paced, and energetic in conversation, with the ability to engage confidently with high-level business owners and executives.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, mentor, and rally a Growth Associate as part of a high-performance sales pod.
  • Driven by exceptionally high standards - you believe good enough is never good enough, and your past performance reflects it.

Nice To Haves

  • Strongest candidates come from coaching, professional services, mastermind or membership sales, executive education, conference and event packages, advisory subscriptions, or comparable intangibles. Sellers from these categories tend to thrive at Crisp because they already know how to build trust without leaning on a product demo.
