About The Position

Principal Engineers are renowned technical experts who solve the most complex engineering challenges, influence company-wide technical direction, and provide strategic leadership across programs. They break down large-scale problems into actionable work, mentor senior technical leaders, and drive major initiatives that elevate organizational capability.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field required; advanced degree preferred
Extensive experience solving complex, high-impact engineering problems
Demonstrated mastery across multiple engineering disciplines
Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering initiatives
Experience mentoring senior engineers and guiding technical strategy
US Citizen or of Legal Permanent Resident Status
Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance
Must agree to enter a Continuous Evaluation program
Must pass a preemployment drug test prior to starting employment

Nice To Haves

Experience with CATIA, NX, or equivalent CAD software preferred
Experience with composites, advanced manufacturing, or complex aerospace assemblies is ideal
