About The Position

Our dedicated transportation team develops aviation, transit, and multimodal hub solutions for clients around the world. We understand the needs of government and private operators to maintain, upgrade and provide new transportation services and supporting infrastructure. Our design solutions are purpose-driven to build better, more efficient and environmentally friendly transportation nodes that incorporate flexibility for future system expansion. As a Principal/Director, Major Projects, you will lead the successful delivery of our most complex and large-scale projects. Serving as a senior project delivery leader and Centre of Excellence member, you will influence how projects are delivered across the sector and organization, while mentoring the next generation of project and technical leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience leading large, multidisciplinary projects within an Architecture, Engineering, or professional services environment.
  • Proven success delivering projects involving significant technical, financial, risk, and stakeholder complexity.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor Senior Project Managers and technical leaders while leading through collaboration and influence.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional designation preferred (e.g., Architect, PMP, Professional Engineer, or equivalent industry certification).

Responsibilities

  • Leading the successful delivery of large scale and complex projects from pursuit through completion.
  • Providing executive oversight of sector project delivery, performance, quality, contractual commitments, and managing risk.
  • Partnering with Practice Leaders, Operations, and Studio Managers to strengthen project delivery excellence across the organization.
  • Mentoring and developing Senior Project Managers while building future project leadership capability.
  • Advancing project delivery standards, governance, and best practices as a member of the Centre of Excellence.
  • Building trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders, strengthening long-term partnerships through exceptional project outcomes.
  • Supporting strategic pursuits by contributing project delivery expertise during planning, client presentations, and interviews.
