About The Position

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) is seeking a candidate with a strong precision analog/mixed signal background to lead the development of next-generation Battery Management products. This role involves close collaboration with analog, digital, layout, and other technical teams to ensure products meet technical and business requirements. The position also requires hands-on contribution as an individual contributor responsible for analog blocks.

Requirements

• BSEE / MSEE with 10+ years of experience
• Precision analog/mixed signal circuit design experience
• Familiarity with design tools such as Cadence Analog and Mixed Signal Tool Suite, JAMA, GIT
• Demonstrate ability to successfully bring products to market
• Good verbal and written skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with system Verilog or similar modeling is desired

Responsibilities

• Coordinates top level and block development
• Ensure product development adheres to consistent standards and schedules
• Ability to translate system level requirement into detail block level operating specifications
• Ability to own and drive transistor level design
• Drive top level and DFT simulations
• Participates in the entire product development cycle, from product definition through qualification.
