About The Position
The Principal Data Scientist will lead the development and deployment of advanced analytical models and machine learning solutions to address complex business challenges. This role requires deep expertise in coding, statistical analysis, and data visualization to translate business requirements into impactful data-driven strategies. The position involves mentoring team members, collaborating cross-functionally, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions that drive measurable business value. The successful candidate will apply rigorous testing, validation, and continuous improvement practices while aligning technical efforts with organizational objectives. The team specializes in data governance and preparing data for AI applications using scalable, cloud-native platforms and model-driven design. It manages the full software development lifecycle with a focus on high availability and reliability. Requirements
- Extensive experience in developing and testing code using languages such as Python, SQL, and Java.
- Proficiency in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and advanced statistical analysis techniques.
- Strong knowledge of data source identification, data quality assessment, and data strategy implementation.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into analytical models and actionable insights.
- Expertise in deploying, monitoring, and scaling machine learning models in production environments.
- Skilled in data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate findings.
- Proven leadership in mentoring teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 5 years' experience in an analytics related field.
- Masters degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field.
- 7 years' experience in an analytics or related field

Responsibilities
