It also includes backup and recovery, file-system and disk-space management, routine virus protection, testing product releases, technical documentation, security auditing and logging, and support for security documentation. The analyst will work across hardware, firmware, software, operating systems, networks, and applications to diagnose issues, use ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or JIRA, report task status, and escalate issues requiring senior attention. Depending on the position, employees may also be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus. The posting also mentions flexible work arrangements, learning opportunities, a 9/80 work schedule, and a 401(k) matching program; however, the position itself is explicitly required to be on-site full-time.
