About The Position

Blink Health is seeking a Principal BD-Tech leader to manage and expand its provider-facing partner ecosystem, with a specific emphasis on interoperability system integrations that support BlinkRx's clinical and pharmacy workflows. This role requires a strategic operator adept at managing complex healthcare partnerships from initial contact through technical go-live, and who is motivated by modernizing the infrastructure for provider-facing workflows. The individual will be responsible for the entire partnership lifecycle, including prospecting, RFP and contract negotiation, and technical implementation with Engineering ownership. They will also evaluate and onboard third-party vendors in the interoperability space, and translate integration requirements between clinical, technical, and commercial stakeholders. Identifying whitespace opportunities at the intersection of pharmacy, technology, and provider workflows is also a key aspect of this role. This position is crucial for connecting BlinkRx to the broader healthcare ecosystem and building partnerships that streamline complex clinical and pharmacy processes for providers at scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, healthcare technology, pharmacy, digital pharmacy, or a related field strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute strategic initiatives, including partnerships,and market expansion.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to build and interpret complex business cases.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly collaborative mindset with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Own the full partnership lifecycle: prospecting, RFP and contract negotiation, and technical implementation with Engineering ownership

  • Collaborate with leadership to align network and partner growth initiatives with business priorities and market opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence to inform decision-making.
  • Support long-term planning and scenario modeling to assess business opportunities and risks.
  • Identify, evaluate, and execute high impact projects and new market/product expansion initiatives
  • Serve as a key partner to internal stakeholders, including Product, Marketing, Operations, Growth, and Finance, to align supply chain and network initiatives with operational goals.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations that leverage your understanding of the healthcare, pharmacy, or digital pharmacy landscape.
