About The Position

The Principal Business Analyst (JB5) is a senior individual contributor in Majesco’s P&C Product Organization. The role drives high-quality business analysis, requirements definition, and end-to-end requirements quality across P&C products and capabilities, including Policy, Billing, Claims, Digital1st, and P&C AI. It works with Product Management, Product Owners, Architects, Engineering, QA, Services, Support, and customer-facing teams to turn product vision, strategy, and roadmap priorities into clear, testable product specifications, business journeys, and release-ready outcomes. The role operates independently on complex, cross-domain initiatives across the P&C portfolio and serves as a product champion, demonstrating and articulating features, functions, and their rationale to internal and external stakeholders. The position is part of cross-functional P&C Agile squads working with global, distributed teams. It may be based at a Majesco office or remotely, depending on team setup and product line, and involves limited occasional travel for customer workshops, PI planning, onsite design sessions, or internal product events.
