About The Position

We are seeking a Business Analyst to improve business visibility, streamline reporting, and enable data-driven decision-making. This role will focus on centralizing business intelligence, supporting the Monthly Business Review (MBR) process, and automating recurring reporting and analytics.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years relevant experience
  • Able to identify and resolve process, procedure, and tool gaps to improve overall program success
  • Outstanding proactive communication skills: written, verbal, presentations

  • Experience with cloud services, networking, or SaaS products

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate data, metrics, and reporting across multiple sources into standardized dashboards and a centralized BI framework, establishing consistent KPI definitions and a reliable source of truth.
  • Own and continuously improve the MBR reporting process, including KPI tracking, trend and variance analysis, executive-ready insights, and coordination with business stakeholders.
  • Identify manual and repetitive reporting processes and develop automated solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and timeliness.
  • Analyze business performance, identify trends and opportunities, and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to improve data consistency, validate reporting outputs, and maintain standardized reporting definitions.
  • Develop scalable dashboards, self-service reporting, and analytical tools that reduce manual effort and enable teams to make faster, data-informed decisions.

  • Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
