About The Position

Our marketing operations delivery team within the Discover Integration team is looking for a dynamic Campaign Delivery Project Manager. The Card Marketing Delivery organization leads end to end delivery across all Marketing & Servicing intent in support of Integration. In this exciting role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver and amplify Card’s most impactful work, solve complex problems from our distinct vantage point, all while balancing strategy and tactics. As a Campaign Delivery Project Manager you will collaborate with smart and passionate leaders to build and deliver communications across various different stages of integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Military experience
• At least 4 years of experience supporting, partnering or interacting with internal business clients
• At least 4 years of Process Management or Project Management experience
• Outstanding influencing, collaboration and organizational skills to effectively drive intent delivery
• Proven track record of excellent project management skills, bringing the ability to thrive in gray space and quickly putting structure in place to manage a complex roadmap of deliverables
• Excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders to manage, inform and influence as needed
• Can manage the details of multiple projects, deadlines and changing priorities, while maintaining excellent and accurate work.

Nice To Haves

• Masters Degree or MBA
• 5+ years of experience with project management tools (Workfront)
• 5+ years of experience working, supporting or partnering with internal business clients
• 5+ years of Project Management or Process Management experience
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
• Strong communication, problem solving and collaboration skills
• Interest, and ideally experience, in Salesforce Marketing Cloud delivery platform

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage scope, schedules, prioritization and capacity management across the end to end workflow of intent and supporting delivery teams
• Lead and orchestrate communication delivery of intent to ensure flawless execution across all delivery channels (ie: digital, direct mail, statements etc)
• Partner with project stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical recommendations in support of project delivery
• Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements
• Ensure projects are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and are delivered on time
