About The Position

As a Principal Associate of Process Management, you will deliver flawlessly executed processes that improve business efficiency and drive results. You will create and modify processes while collaborating with smart and passionate leaders to influence results that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line. You will monitor data trends to measure effectiveness and install necessary benchmarks or thresholds to ensure data integrity. You will educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of process to ensure appropriate execution each time. Our team bridges technical teams, stakeholders, and users to ensure products are well-documented, efficient, and fully supported. We act as custodians of knowledge, blending technical writing, business analysis, and process management to create clear documentation, optimize workflows, and provide proactive user support.

Requirements

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of process management experience

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification
At least 1 year of experience in Compliance or Risk Management
At least 2 years of experience in Process Management

Responsibilities

Author and maintain high-quality technical specs, supplemental guides, and user-friendly documentation for non-technical audiences.
Analyze stakeholder requirements and perform gap analyses to improve documentation clarity, usability, and cross-functional workflows.
Manage document lifecycles, including version control, review cycles, and adherence to Enterprise/GPN risk management standards.
Triage customer feedback and partner with Success teams to ensure content accuracy and a user-centric experience.
