About The Position
The Principal - Analytical and Automation Solutions defines and drives advanced analytical and automation solutions across complex, cross-domain use cases. Provides expert-level capability in shaping solution approaches, solving highly ambiguous business problems, influencing strategic decisions, and advancing enterprise capability. Drives innovation, optimization, and long-term value creation across solution portfolios while ensuring alignment to business strategy and operational priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience delivering and defining advanced analytical and automation solutions across complex, cross-domain environments.
- Experience includes solving ambiguous problems using advanced analytics, machine learning, NLP, and automation frameworks, and shaping solution architectures across technologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in selecting appropriate methodologies (ML modeling, text analytics, RPA orchestration).
- Experience with GenAI capabilities (LLM strategy, enterprise use cases) is expected.
- Recognized internal or external subject matter expert in analytical and automation domains.

Responsibilities
- Define solution frameworks and advanced approaches for complex analytical and automation initiatives.
- Lead the design and delivery of solutions across multiple, cross-domain use cases and solution portfolios.
- Solve highly complex business and technical problems, evaluating tradeoffs and long-term implications.
- Shape and influence solution strategy, approach, and prioritization across initiatives.
- Drive enterprise-level alignment on solution direction, standards, and delivery expectations.
- Oversee solution portfolios to ensure scalability, sustainability, and long-term effectiveness.
- Advance automation and AI capabilities through innovation, optimization, and adoption of new approaches.
- Influence stakeholders at senior levels to align on priorities, investments, and strategic outcomes.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to team members; elevate overall solution capability and maturity.
