About The Position

The Lead - Analytical and Automation Solutions designs and leads delivery of analytical and automation solutions across multiple use cases or domains. Applies advanced automation and AI capabilities to solve complex business problems, determine solution approaches, lead execution planning, and drive measurable business outcomes through implementation, adoption, and performance improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience designing and leading analytical and automation solutions across multiple use cases or domains.
  • Experience includes evaluating solution approaches across analytics, automation (RPA/workflows), and AI/ML techniques (e.g., predictive models, NLP).
  • Demonstrated experience leading requirements, guiding implementation, and integrating multiple capabilities into scalable solutions.
  • Working knowledge of GenAI applications (LLM-based solutions, automation augmentation) is expected.
  • Recognized as a technical lead across multiple use cases.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, build, configuration, testing, and deployment of analytical and automation solutions for complex and multi-faceted use cases.
  • Own end-to-end solution delivery, from requirements definition through implementation, ensuring scalability, quality, and business alignment.
  • Define solution approaches, evaluate tradeoffs, and make decisions on design, tools, and methodologies.
  • Translate complex and ambiguous business requirements into structured analytical outputs, automation workflows, and solution architectures.
  • Drive issue resolution, optimize solution performance, and ensure long-term solution effectiveness and sustainability.
  • Influence stakeholders across teams to align on solution design, priorities, and delivery expectations. Drive adoption and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value and operational improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes, frameworks, and automation capabilities across multiple solutions.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members; support knowledge sharing and capability development.
