Principal AI Transformation Consultant

Unanet
•$136,000 - $160,000

About The Position

The Principal AI Transformation Consultant works directly with architecture and engineering (AE) customers to identify high-value use cases, redesign business processes around AI-enabled workflows and decision-making, and make Champ for ERP an operational part of how teams make decisions and execute work. The role focuses on business transformation: replacing manual analysis, disconnected reporting, and repetitive coordination with natural-language workflows, proactive insights, and automation embedded in daily operations. The consultant leads discovery and working sessions with stakeholders across finance, operations, project management, and executive leadership; designs practical transformation plans; helps customers launch and operationalize use cases; and advises customer champions and executives on measurable business value and organizational change. The role works closely with Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, Support, and Sales, and contributes reusable playbooks and best practices based on customer patterns and feedback. During the first 30 days, the consultant learns about Champ, Unanet’s AE customers, and relevant workflows, while shadowing customer activities. By 60 days, the consultant begins leading parts of discovery and transformation planning, shaping use cases, and helping workflows go live. By 90 days, the consultant is expected to lead discovery, help define future-state workflows, guide use cases into operational adoption, support measurable outcomes, and contribute repeatable practices.
